Well for a start Morley hit Hansen with part Bicep part Pectural part Shoulder, not the forearm / elbow



Chase not only hit Ropati in the jaw, he left the ground and raised the forearm whilst doing so. It's not even in the same category of "tackle".

yes possibly i find it hard to tell to be honest. to me both hit the player in the face.



I think the difference is simply that the interpretation of attacks to the head have changed, and the term reckless has changed so that more of a onus is on the tackler.



I honestly think Morley would be looking at a game or two if he did that this season.



It is certainly getting more difficult to put in a big hit these days, which is a shame but player safety must come first, we certainly don't want injuries like Ropati has suffered.

I have gone to the effort of highlighting a few differences, including:



Chase hit the head, while moz hit the shoulder

Chase led with the elbow, Moz led with the bicep and shoulder, at the body

Chase lept into the air, Moz maintained his ground.
