Let's just test the logic.



From what we understand the other interest in SL is from Salford. A team that finished in the bottom 4. No other club in the top 8 is interested presumably as they think he is past it or too expensive or not better than what they have.



Why should we be interested then now we have Lineham (leaving sentiment behind)?



He was a superb player for us with an amazing score record. But all things that start, end. Thanks for the memories.

I can't see it cap wise, as according to some reports we are still in the market for a prop, unless we are to release someone.

As said by others its a no from me also. Been a great player for us in his time,but yes time to move on.

I hope Monaghan goes back to Australia and stays there .................... I was disgusted that an English club chose to sign him in 2010, and although the passage of time has reduced my revulsion for Monaghan, I still don't like seeing him and being reminded of "that" event.

He is not being judgemental saying he was disgusted and revolted by Monaghan's cannine abuse. If that is how he feels, that is how he feels. He was not "judging" Monaghan.



It was revolting and he was rightly sacked for it and everyone deserves a 2nd chance don't they? (Well apart from Hitler, Pol Pot and Bin Laden).

Worse things happen on Mad Monday most years.



These guys give up a lot to play professionally and it is inevitable they might get a bit crazy when let off the leash. No pun intended!

But I'd happily see him back in the P&B. Not the fastest anymore, but probably still one of the best natural try scorers in super league. His stats don't lie.

As a centre perhaps?

He was great and 145 tries from 145 apps is a fantastic return, but IMHO we're not short of wide players for 2016, and would rather we all moved forwards.
