I think Danny Brough is more important to the Giants than Briers is to Wire - and that's probably the first time I've ever said someone else is more important to a team than Briers is for us...
If Broughy misses out on Friday I expect nothing less than a Wire win as although their pack might have dominated us twice already this year, it was Danny who killed us with his kicking game from behind it. Broughy plays and I think without our own specialist field kicker, we'll struggle.

Hang on Padders you sound like Saddenned now with his assessment of James Roby having the worse facial injury in modern day history,only for Roby to trot out the following week and play 80 minutes..
Tony smith says Moz and Lee will both be out for a couple of weeks then should be ok.

It's funny how rugby league fans breathe a sigh of relief when a player's injury is 'just a head injury'.
I heard this as well, but assumed it to be the usual bollows rumour you get in RL. I'm sure Moz will be fine and dandy. |

When did I say that?
I said it looked awful and it did and a month later it still doesn't look pretty. His cheek and across the top of his eyebrows looked like they had been crimped like the edge of an apple pie.
