Yeah, the reality is that we'd be fine with a lot less wins than 4 from 7 but, given i'm a wire fan, I always have to err on the side of caution. Too many times in the past have we fallen at the last hurdle when everything has seemed rosy!! |

besides which we could probably do with getting points early doors rather than having to go against wigan or hull needing a win. |

I can't believe we play saints after only a 5 day turnaround and they have a week off. I'll complain about the catalans match if we win on Saturday.
On the plus side if we win out first 3 games we could well be guaranteed a playoff spot.

It'll probably be the same again this season.

Here's a question would you want them to change it obviously not at our expense? I would for the good of the game as this part of the format surely shouldn't be a procession and also if we don't lose our spot one of our friendly neighbours would.....a double blessing |

How would you change the format, surely you can't have everyone on zero points to start super 8's because what's to stop a team doing just enough to get into the 8 then eyeballs out to the grand final, also hardly fair on the team that was top after round 23. Granted it's not that good a system in that a few of the teams have very little chance of getting into top 4 but end of day it's their own faults for not winning enough games.
