wow..that's a good turnout.

I was encouraged when i saw that we were starting with 3 props, very big strong pack and i thought we were going to keep it tighter and not try the risky plays of the last few games. Didn't happen and once again spent to much time defending, we got away with it against lesser teams, never against a team like Leeds.

Hodgson is a weak excuse..

every match he plays in...and people have a pop at Bridge.....

Very pleased with that.....A Wire side without Monaghan and Hodgson, take a Leeds side with all their key players the distance.



I never fancied us before the start and the game went pretty much as I expected....We never had enough creative players to give us that edge and I agree we tried the basketball stuff much to often, but overall we have more room for improvement than that Leeds side and I think only a dumbass would say this gives Leeds any sort of advantage over us, or that this is a true indicator of our chances.



One other thing....Paul Wood isn't a second rower (or whatever position he was supposed to be playing in the first half)....Leave him to do his usual role and don't try to teach an old dog new tricks.

We played very well. A few unlucky breaks and dopey mistakes but a good performance for me, we looked stronger than I expected, no shame to lose to the world champions in their own backyard with an unlucky scrambled try.

Spot on...dreadful display with the ball at times... It was bordering on the disrespectful. Same kind of irresponsible play we have seen against HKR and Bradford. Poor.
