| It should be a great game of rugby, it's on my birthday too so I am really looking forward to it.

| We can't sell tickets for cup games with a chance of silverware at the end so my instinct says "dream on " for what is a glorified friendly.

No but you could have got two tickets for the world cup games just for crossing the road without getting hit, they were that freely available.
i'm pretty sure if you go back a bit, some of the GB Oz games were that pricey at some of the bigger venues.

| Those moaning about the cost of tickets for this extremely rare occasion are quick to forget the 2 games last year were Lord Moran put on free coach travel, plus the countless other discounts here and there AND the fact that this year's ST ticket prices haven't increased whereas at other clubs they have.
Plus, who's saying you have to spend £45?
£22.50 for the South stand and £35 for other areas.

| 22.50 I will pay.
For 45 I want a free bar and lunch!

Spot on, I have bought mine and my lads, its my way of giving a bit back! Our seats are virtually the last ones at premium price but sometimes that's just the way it is.
IMO It will definitely raise our profile even further and wouldn't it be great to look back in a few years and say we have been in it from the start!

| I think the pricing for this game is a gamble on behalf of the club. I agree that this game is a special game, although not as important as a play off game or challenge cup game and they don't charge that sort of prices for those games. Compared to the prices Saints and Wigan are charging the majority of price are higher for our game. I see Saints are also offering family tickets, I haven't heard the same for Wire. Also I feel the deadline to guarantee our own seats in the East stand these have to be purchased by the tomorrow, could have been longer. So having just forked out for season tickets, a family of 4 in the East will cost another £90, with Christmas coming up and more important outgoings I think the club could have given a longer deadline.
I hope I am wrong but I doubt this game will sell out with the pricing structure, looks like the West stand for me on this occasion.

| 5 in the north at the Wire/St George game.
4 in the West for the Wigan/Broncos game.
2 in the East for the Saints/Rabbits game.
I'll be supporting Wire, Brisbane and Saints

| My seat in the North Stand is obviously being aimed at a few people who wouldn't normally come to the HJ so I have given it up for them and am returning to my old stomping ground in the South Stand (real old stomping ground is of course Wilderpool but can't go there anymore).
I hope the once a year visitors enjoy the game. I think it will be a cracker and the atmosphere will be electric

| Not bothered about paying for what should be a great game of RL against a top NRL team, if we were one of the teams not in this we would all be moaning about it!

| There should be a family ticket package though to encourage those with kids to attend and try to get their kids into the sport!
