I reckon the coaches probably all decided when this rule was brought in that they would pick the lowest ranked team. We will see though, it will depend on form surely.

He clearly states "who would pick who" - at no point does he say "who will we pick" - he also says - asuming, i.e. we might be there, and just for a bit of fun, lets see who would pick who!!!
