All i can go on is what Radcliffred says, there must be a message somewhere when you order for Rad to see it, he normally misses the obvious.

sorry pal, but i can also confirm that no info came either on the site or with the confirmation email. I've no idea how RR found out, but I've still heard nothing other than his word for it.

it's so simple just click on terms @ conditions it tells you to turn up a ticket office no latter than 20mins before game as big pev say's if i can work that out anyone can

i'm obviously missing something, cos i've just re-checked the email that i got sent, and clicked right through the order process again, and i'm unable to find a terms and conditions link anywhere. whereabouts was it?

Rang the club about this yesterday. After talking to various people on the phone who didnt even know anything about this promotion finally managed to speak with someone who informed me that they thought all types of cards were on the list and that they would look into it and give me a call today. Still waiting to hear!!!! I was informed that the company who set up the cards on the site are based in Ireland and that maybe they dont have these types of cards there which is why they are not on the site!!!!!!!!!!! Is it any wonder we are in the state we are in at the club.

Out of interest as ticket price has been discussed frequently, as has membership - For those people who have taken this offer: would you or the people you're buying for have gone to the game without this offer?

"Attendees should be present at the event to register or collect tickets at least 20 minutes in advance of event start times."



I did a re-run of buying the tickets and when you get to the page where you pay with your card and enter your address etc click on the terms and conditions bit coloured red and the first bullet point is the bit copied and pasted above.
