Have you read his book about the Islamisation of Dewsbury? Looks like an interesting story of an insular population riddled with drug problems, inter-familial marriage and genetic deformity being taken over by Islamic fundamentalists.

After looking through the various prediction threads for this weekends games on some other forums I am shocked that hardly anyone is predicting a Salford Win. Leeds were poor last week against us and they had their main man playing for most of the game. We also let the off a couple of times and had it not been for the ball bouncing in their favour dramatically (Abletts Try) and us getting a poor decision for Carney's try we could have comforftably beaten them.

I think you will beat Leeds by at least 10 as you look like a completley different proposition now and If you do reach the playoffs which I'm selfishly hoping you don't then I think you could surprise a few of the glamour teams.

Yes I read the book. It was an interesting read to say the least. Danny Lockwood obviously has issues with the way his home town has changed beyond recognition and was prepared to air his views. Very brave to take it to print in this day and age where the politically correct squad are waiting to dissect every viewpoint and comment. It's not entirely his take on a towns fracturing population, all the actual incidents in the book occurred and were reported in his local paper. The reasons why such events occur are open to debate, Lockwoods viewpoint is as valid as anyone else's.
