No read it again, it says his LEEDS career is over, which is factually correct.



It is over blowing the issue but then I've come to expect that.



I hope we have some clause in his contract because he will probably be out for 6 months and never the same again.

This is not the best news i've heard i think we just to wait on the extent of the injury once confirmed!

Best forget him sounds like to many injuries and find some one else...had too many players who spent time on on injury list...

I'm really sorry,but I do believe that if the injury is as serious as seems,Salford should,if contractually allowed to, look for an alternative player.

Whilst seeming rather callous,I do think the club can find better options.

Would we as the team he has signed for next season be able to assess already what the extent of his injury is?

May be worth waiting for the recovery as he has talent.

Depending on the grade of ACL injury BJB has, 6 months could be the earliest with the longest looking like 10 months. Kieran Dixon suffered a similar injury last October and only this month will play his first game on dual-reg for Hemel – 10 months on. Good news is that he has age on his side and I am sure the best medical support Marwan can afford. I think it’s a little premature to consider voiding the contract, the kid a top talent and will be worth the sweat over.

Very premature to be predicting the outcome I know, but he may never be the same again pace wise if the injury is at the more serious end of the scale.

There won't be a clause in his contract allowing Salford to cancel/void the contract because of this or any injury that is recoverable from. No player would sign such a contract for this very reason. He was physically fit when Salford signed him, presumably Salford's physio team undertook a medical when he signed.



I also find it a bit bizarre to write off a player because he's suffered an injury that takes 6 months to recover from when it's 7/8 months until he's needed to play for Salford. Yes it'll affect his pre-season but lots of things affect players pre-seasons such as internationals or minor surgery needed in the off-season.



He's a quality winger who can play full back too. This injury won't affect that or him beyond the first couple of weeks of next season.

I hope we have wrote something into the contract, with regards injury while still playing for leeds.



If im honest i think this might be a injury to far for him, along with what he has already gone through.
