I don't know if anyones ever given this a bash before but as I saw some of the highlights of the Great North Run last weekend I thought it might be a decent idea to do something like that or the Manchester 10k next year and get sponsorship sorted for Forever Reds.



I wondered if there was anyone else who would be up for it?? I know Mrs KOTS did a run this year and that Fungus is pretty fit with his bike riding so i'll take it as rewad you'll be joining me

. The other week Pev was complaining that the waisteline was getting larger so maybe him too?



I'm very serious if I could get maybe 5 including myself I'd happily enter and get FR some much needed money.

If Pev is up for it, then so am i

As his official spokesman i'll take it that your volunteering him

*Lady In Red* also ran the [uSalford[/u 10k last month maybe that's the one we should target!
