Again, that was a response to the poster that stated he “loved” Jodie Cunningham. Something I have never read in over 10 years reading rlfans aimed at someone male. Those who don’t want to follow a left wing narrative will understand.....

I’m the one in the wrong

I get what you’re trying to say but what that poster said and what you said aren’t remotely similar. You’ve not actually complained about anything Jodie Cunningham said, you’re moaning that she hasn’t played at the highest level (you clearly mean Men’s rugby which is impossible for her to play in) and then make a completely irrelevant comment about her appearance. You come across as being quite bitter about the growth of Women’s rugby which is a sad and outdated view.

Not bitter in the slightest, I’m very proud of my club and it’s involvment in the woman’s game and always keep an eye out for the results. I hope the women’s game propers as much as possible. I however don’t agree that people should get more opertunity based on gender/ethnicity over qualifications. I didn’t think she was anywhere near the standards of the usual guests. That’s my opinion.... it doesn’t make me sexist or any other left wing labels you want to throw at me.

Anyhoo, did I miss a decent game? Only the bit I watched was Huddersfield ripping Wigan apart down the middle, Wigan knocking on a lot, & someone (could have been Leuluia) waving his hands about like a defensive basketball player.



I managed to drop back in just as Tautai got binned, initially I thought he may have been unsighted whilst flailing his legs about, but when I saw it from another angle I thought, he's not a big buddy of Ta'ai's then, that deserves a hefty ban.

Fair enough if you’re criticising her based on her performance but your original post was textbook sexism and there is nothing ‘left wing’ about calling that out. The part in bold however is absolute garbage given the commentary box and analysis team is all male almost every week and you have nothing to suggest she has had greater opportunity than anyone else. I’m also still failing to see how she is less qualified to talk about Rugby League than Jon Wells or Phil Clarke given she plays at the highest level possible.

Well done Huddersfield. Been stuffed with injuries so far this season. Wigan look absolutely horrendous. Worst thing for lam was Wigan winning the GF last year! Thought the less in the studio was decent but stone me, someone please axe angella powers and Terry O'Connor asap
