This below seems to hint to be that it is a interest free loan,
Neither KR or the Mr Allam have confirmed whether or not a repayment agreement has been reached, due to commercial sensitivity.
Where does it mention the word "gift"?
If you invest some money, you at least want what you put in back (Allam doesn't seem to want to make profit out of this deal though)?
I wouldn't want to take investment advice of you Nick. |

It is a soft loan..Allam was on radio last night. My concern is that he has stated he wants KR & FC to merge, then a couple of weeks later loans KR £1m increasing their debt to £4.5m  |

Mainly directors I think, which is fine as long as they don't decide they want their money back. (which they may never do).
Rovers can't keep losing money at the rate they have been though. |

I think what he actually insinuated was that his investment in Hull City particularly in terms of the stadium will also benefit Hull FC. He claims he wants to be seen as being equally supportive of both clubs as he knows many Rovers fans also support City. |

We've being here with Lloyd before and he nearly killed two of the Citys sports clubs. I reckon if City were to not get promoted in the next three seasons he would lose interest fast when he realizes he isn't making money.
All he is doing is going around dropping off "gifts" to get people to like him and then when he gets a hold of the stadium the tides will turn. Is long term vision for rugby League is to eventually get both Hull clubs playing under one stadium before eventually becoming the same club.
Which we all know will end up being the end of RL in Hull. I am hoping he is not allowed to get that far. |
