Its pathetic how fans of both FC and KR get shot down at any opportunity, both sets of supporters travel in their thousands yet the few idiots always catch the headlines.

Don,t think the Hull (Black + Whites) are too bad these past few years but they do have a distaste for Leeds Rhino's. Hull (Kingston Rovers) in my experience have some of the worst fans, they may be a minority but there club have not been able to contain the trouble makers. Stopped going to their ground quite a few years ago after the verbal abuse 2 of our coloured players got, the fans involved a little bit more than a minority so this is one rugby fan won,t be going to HKR craven park.

Never had a problem with KR fans, FC fans suffer from the 'We're a big club' complex and can be arrogant, but other than that they're OK.

Love the way this thread has nothing to do with FC, yet we've been mentioned in a HKR thread.

Today was caused by 1 idiot. This represents approx. 0.1% of the Rovers fans there today, are Rovers as a club or the other 99.9% of Rovers fans a disgrace?

Those fans should be ashamed of themselves, we are not all like that so please don't tie us with the same brush. Drinking should banned on coaches and that could stop some of them scroates from attending away matches. I attend away matches to watch the rugby and not find it an excuse to get lethered. And so should all fans.

I remember seeing the HKR fans fighting among themselves when they visited Knowsley Road during our final season there but I don't remember there being any bother with them when they visited us at Widnes.



HKR fans certainly aren't the only ones with idiots among them. All clubs have them. But I have to say that they are the only ones I have seen as yet to fight among themselves. I thought it was quite funny when I first saw it.

It does seem to be a recurring theme with our friends from the East side of Hull, a couple of them were knocking seven bells out of each other at the 2004 arriva trains final at Rochdale



I have never had any problems with them, they are very passionate about their club, and generally like most fans, if greeted with a smile and a handshake are happy to give and take banter with the best



Its never nice to see any violence at our sport, and I'm sure the clubs management will be aware of any problems, maybe we should just be happy they are ' keeping it in the family ' so to speak



Hopefully just somebody having a bit too much ale on the day , and everybody else will remind them of it in the future

Sadly because both Hull clubs take a fair few to away games the chances of this small minority appearing are higher then most other clubs not to mention the extra travelling time which equates to more drinking time and I think this problem is more understandable although totally unacceptable.



I would personally employ somebody to walk around the away stand with a handheld camcorder and film all activety at each ground, not just looking for the negative. If you have nothing to hide then you have nothing to worry about but if you cause trouble the chances are you are on film and can be prosecuted and banned from following the club.
