He used the phrase "cheating" not specifically circumventing the salary cap. Cheating could be anything from cap violations, drugs, playing a whole bunch of foreigners who didn't have the correct visas when the rest of the league had only one quota spot... |

I think it must be the manner of the offence , if you breach the cap because of say a bonus payment that was unexpected then they fine you and you get telling off , if however you blatantly cheat knowing your going over and pay people in brown paper bags etc then your gonna get slammed... oh wait didn't Wigan do that?  |

The league nobody wants to be in. I wonder if NASA are putting the space shuttle on ebay for all the away matches next year. Cas & Leeds fans moaned at having to travel to Donny for the CC semi final but look at the trips we've got to make!  |

Adding onto that what the Workington Chairman has said with the restructure in 2013 could have more "expansion" clubs eg Hemel in the league. Will be truely a national league plus some new grounds for me to tick off

It does make me wonder if the solution is to eventually admit some of the stronger clubs from the RLC National and merge the two championship divisions together to set up smaller regional conferences. |
