Its a mindless few and all clubs have them , it is creeping back in sadly, that said HKR have thousands of great fans and that should be remembered.

ironic isn't it, a dobbins fan complaining about away support at their own ground, gone are the days they can be classed as one of the best away supporters!

SKY always knocks the attendance, especially for crap grounds like KR's (and ours!) and in these financially challenged times. Cas' support for the derby at BV was at least half what it would have been if we'd not been on telly -on their bored (sp. intentional) they were openly bragged about watching it on SKY instead of going as it meant they didn't have to pay any money to us - supporting their team came second!



I'd like to see the RFL and the clubs do something to increase away support - vouchers for ST holders like they do for the kids perhaps (allowing half price entry).



Both Hull teams always fetch plenty to BV - unlike some of the teams mentioned above.

Talking sense as usual Bigal. Nothing against Hull KR as a club or the fans. Infact I've had a good few chats with KR fans at MM in the cayo. I just don't like Craven Park. BV may be a dump but at least you are near the pitch and get to use the same facilities as the home fans. At KR you are made to feel like cattle.

Maybe HKR should be asking themselves WHY away supporters in general choose not to travel to Craven Park. For me, it's the stewards who seem intent on trying to instigate trouble and then when it occurs react with unnecessary and over-the-top violence. To be honest, I find their presence intimidating and threatening so choose not to go.

Perhaps if HKR made the experience more positive for travelling supporters, more might attend?

I'm also not paying money to HKR so they can continue to fund the wages of foreign players signed by manipulating the system at every opportunity. Maybe if they showed more of a committment to British RL I'd be more supportive.
