Amazing, one of the most under rated forwards in the game rates Ellis as the 'Best player I have ever played with'
But our resident keyboard warrior obviously knows far more about him than one of his team mates.
It must tear you appart inside to see how much positive media coverage these two superstar English forwards get!
Even Joey Johns said this morning on the Sunday footy show that Ellis is the best forward in the world.'"
That same article appeared in the Gold Coast Bulletin today, but was attributed to Bryce Gibbs?? I agree with everything he said,Ellis has been superb again this season, and Burgess very good in his first season in an ordinary side.

| Quote DANN="DANN"I am new to this board so I apologise if this has already been discussed.
How are Burgess, Flanagan & Ellis getting on down under.
What prospects for Lima, Hoffman, and Finch?'"
burgess and ellis have been brilliant
flangan a handy utility
finch is a fantastic 6 or 7, hoffman very good and lima is good as long as his discipline holds up
much better than wigans current imports they are replacing

Haha, think someone at the Bulletin has made a cock up there! Both SMH, Daily Telegraph and Fox sorts attribute the article to Todd Payten. Journalists eh!

Translates to, "I've ran out of smart d comments"
It's amazing how everyone else, including coaches, fellow players and journos think that both players sit in the top bracket of RL forwards, yet little Baz still knows different.
Give it up champ.

| Clearly the England and New Zealand forward packs are currently ahead of Australia.
Only the genius available in the backs is saving Australia in recent Tests. And then only occasionally as 2008 testifies.
