| Quote Omar Little="Omar Little"He wouldn't get in Leeds' side.
The measure of does any club have 4 better props is nonsense. It's a salary capped sport not fantasy football. Squads have to be balanced. That's why Ian kirke has 5 GF winners medals and far better players have none.
Does every team even pick 4 out and out props each week (or do players like JJB and Delaney at Leeds fill in at prop)?
Would Leeds for example want him over a young kid like singleton who has a ton of potential and probably takes significantly less cap space?
Anyeay, as I've said he's a good player and should be a decent signing for Hull.
(PS I'm no fan of Wane but didn't Wigan offload him to Salford so they could re-sign Mossop...not really a dummy spit)'"
Spot on.

That's like saying Greg Inglis wouldn't get in the
Leeds side....because he wouldn't fit under the salary cap

No it's not, it was a response to the criteria of does any side have *four* better props than Taylor. Also Taylor's definately not the best prop in the world.

Even after the edit it's still a crock of shoite. Taylor is 24 and still probably has a decade at the top level in front of him. wigan were champions when they paid a fee for him as a 21 year old and he was pretty much an ever present in their double winning side of 2013. You can come back with whatever you want to try and justify your claim but we both know it's meaningless. Every club in SL would take him and he'd play every week wherever he went

The edit only added the last sentence in brackets but hey don't worry about it, I certainly don't need literary critique from you.
I get it, you think he's the greatest. I've said repeatedly I think he's a decent signing for Hull I just don't agree at all that he's one of the top props in SL.
Maybe my opinion is clouded by how much he went AWOL last time he played leeds...3 carries and 24m. Even in a shocking team performance that's embarrassing.
Anyway, whatever - I'm bored now.

Not surprised you're bored talking such rubbish. Show me where I've said he's the greatest or where I said he's one of the top props in SL. I was responding to your assertion that he wouldn't make the the starting 17 of 4 or 5 teams in SL which is clearly wrong.

| on Taylor, he's a good prop sure enough but for me hasn't really kicked on from when he was at rervers, did he have some personal problems whilst at Wigan?
good player but i wouldn't say he was "easily" one of the top 10 props in SL, in the qualifiers maybe, but not SL.

his personal problems at wigan were called wane and lenaghan, they both spat the dummy out and refused to play taylor once he had told them he wanted to go back home to hull, hence he was shipped out to salford for the season
i do remember reading on the giants forum that many of you would have had him at hudds in a heartbeat!
