I think this is a great idea. In fact, the RFL should support it by booting an established club out of Super League and give Ireland a franchise. Who cares about rugby in our own country when we can help everybody else?

It'll never catch on. Nobody wants all the free tickets that Harlequins every week. It would only work if the RFL changed the rules and had different criteria for them. And they wouldn't do that, surely........
