There's a few other things doing the rounds regarding Safeguard at the moment too which seem to paint the company in a mass of debt. How true it is, it's difficult to say, but it looked quite official. Hopefully someone who understands it a bit better than the likes of me will explain it though.

Please can people be careful what they post. If you don't have proof you could get yourself and the site into trouble.

what is that letter doing the rounds on Facebook about Green's company owing £4M to HMRC? I'm so disillusioned by all of this everyone is just blaming each other on Facebook.

That's what I was referring to. It looked to me like it said £4m was owed to HMRC but not being very knowledgeable on these subjects, I wasn't sure if I was interpreting it properly. I think it was dated February too, which will have been when Mr. Green was still involved. As has been said, this could be the reason he no longer is. Would be interested to hear someone with full facts on this though rather than just having to piece things together.

Rodd Studd from sky sports has put on social media that players and staff not been paid. I've seen this on Bulls Banter but haven't seen anything confirming this but it looks increasingly likely that people have not been paid when they should have been. The other letter on Facebook says bulls owe hmrc 160k in arrears. all I'm asking is someone from the bulls to tell us the fans just exactly what is going on. I'm concerned that the business as usual line spun by green isn't the truth.

would HMRC use the money owed by green from safeguard against the bulls? do HMRC go after the person responsible or the company?

rod studd actually asked gledhill to ask rohan smith whether they had been paid on bcb interview this afternoon. He didnt say they havent been paid. probably seen same rumours on facebook as you did yesterday.

safeguard employees also on Facebook saying green owes them weeks of wages. either this is all scaremongering or green has has not paid anyone. I guess time will tell but what I've seen on face book and twitter is worrying.
