God knows mate. It was trotted out regularly by several people as the reason why Ken wouldn't invest in the club back when JCT first became the shirt sponsor. Like 99% of rumours it's probably a load of tosh. Trouble is you just don't know which rumour is the 0.01% which turns out to be true!

Yeah, I know what you mean. All Il say is this has come from the horses mouth of the person involved, so its not a rumour.

If it indeed has, why did he tell you? And did he authorise you to disclose it? Don't read anything into it - its just a genuine question.

What about the other 0.99%?
