So this investor that has been mentioned, or the guy to take over the club. Is the rumour I heard this weekend correct with him being linked to a club in Rotherham and he has decided to step back from that club (It's not the football club btw).

Because I'm not sure I can go through all that all over again where he talked himself up, then couldn't deliver.

To be fair to him the RFL gave him an impossible job. £1m in one account and you have 2 days to pull it together? And they also never responded to the Koukash tweet to them that if they want to see £1m she could provide it within the hour.

The problem with Richard Lamb was that he three others in the bid with him. Difficulties ensued.

Totally agree - There doesn't seem to be any accountability by the powers that be. Different rules for different Clubs.

With Green being one of the preferential creditors of the last Admin with his £250k debt he had an advantage with any CVA by waiving his own debt for himself but having the power by not waiving it for Lawn & Rhodes, Lamb or Koukash if he wanted putting him as offer No1.

The money was owed by OK Bulls to Safeguard Security.



Green put OKB into administration and then off it went to liquidation. There was never any CVA.



The business of the Bulls was bought by a different company, Bradford Bulls Northern Ltd., from the administrator. The RFL largely called the shots on that, because although the RFL wasn't involved in the administration, it did get to decide whether any new owner could get to keep the SL club and so the RFL were the kingmaker.
