| I only know that when I went to get my season ticket post-takeover, my details were on the computer they had, so I expect it was the same system/database.
Of course it might not be the only database in use, and like all databases, it will operate on a GIGO basis. The new online ticket sales facility seems like a very good bit of progress though according to that, the status of my current membership is "not renewed"  |

Most of the new clothing isn't on the website. It arrived the day after the discount sale which got people's backs up. Presumably reason the sale was to clear space in storeroom. The shop manager tweeted pictures of most of the new gear during that week but then had his contract terminated before it was put on the web shop, which was part of his job function. Presumably he hasn't been replaced yet, hence the new stuff still not being on shop. Certainly wont be helping with sales figures. |

Thanks for the reply, yes certainly won't be helping sales. Hopefully they will get it sorted soon, for the club and also because I want to order some items. |

I got the one about the lottery, saying it was going up to £2 and that they were changing banks, though when I tried to change the debit on-line, my bank's system wouldn't let me change the details saying that the account details they'd given me didn't exist.
I looked on the website later and found that the last figure on the a/c no. they'd sent out was actually wrong, hence the error message. I've now put in the new figure and it's been accepted, someone's bad transcription though. |

I went in after the Salford game and bought a few things. Some decent stuff there including the polo tops. Seems to be some variation in the sizes compared to the replica kit though. I'm a large in the kit but a medium in the polo shirts so watch out if you are ordering online. |

You would to be honest, though I think he really works in the corporate client sector for Shudds, rather than trying to appeal to general fans. |
