The T&A does say that the private legal actions against the individuals is to continue though....so all is not sweetness and light.

A private matter though, between OK, Whitcu*t and Moore. Nothing to do with the club itself.



If an agreement to transfer the shares - to someone - has been reached, those three (if anyone can ever find Whitcu*t, and in the same number of pieces as he was last seen) can knock seven bells out of each other someplace quiet, at their convenience.

I expect generally that "in principle" just means that the details on paper and signatures have not been acquired. I feel confident that the Bulls Directors have removed a major obstacle with the help of the RFL. There is often a level of disquiet with the RFL but I would rather think that they are competent and experienced at dealing with matters of this type.



The matter of legal action privately by Mr Khan, well, more often court action never gets there. 1. Costs and 2. A person might think that they have a watertight case and then leave disappointed and with a seriously empty wallet.

Frankly no one knows what the outcome will be.

Wasn't that to do with the annual return being late? I would assume (or guess) thats now sorted with the annual return being sent in?

I hope so, rumours are that the application is dated the 24th December, but the link above is the only thing I can find on London Gazette website

A funny thing happened on there today, though. A few good men and true look to have made a bit of an effort, and we've pretty well run the bad guys off. For now, anyway. Indeed, hardly any have made an appearance. Under no illusions it'll last, though. There are bad guys on there, probably in a number of camps, who are clearly doing their level best to undermine the club in any way they can. And an unmoderated forum is the idea platform for them to excrete their billious poison.



Maybe if a few more good men and true made a concerted effort, it ould be much harder for the bad guys to hold sway on there.
