Kear seems to be a "safety first" sort of coach and thinks about defence first. Murphy has plenty of experience of playing centre from back when he was young. It's a difficult position to play in defence as it's all about split second decision making and having experience helps that. Trouble is that he's not as agile as he was so maybe not as safe as all that against pace and in attack he's way too slow.



I'd go for Kear at right centre or MDJ. If Murphy plays it has to be as backrow or emergency backup at centre if the Kear/MDJ get an injury/

Kear at FB, Murphy at centre and Hall on bench...



If Kear doesn't get a result today then the knives really will be out with that line up. Don't understand it at all.

Kear has to go after that. The 5 drives and kick to Gill has to come from him. Halfbacks need to sort their heads out as there is no organisation or speed in the play.



When we signed Kibula I honestly thought he was good like he was for Swinton. But he’s fat, unfit. 3 soft tries again. Crap.

3 criminally soft tries from dummy half is shocking but nothing compared to 1 up rugby against 12 men and not even attempting to use the overlap. Amateur would be an improvement on this. Driving away the fans with this boring style of rugby and if it doesn’t get results it’s time to make a change
