Probably strongest line ups - can we take on SL?

With Leigh's backs, and our forwards, we'd have a cracking side there

Leigh could do us a massive favour in the 8's by turning over at least 2 of the SL teams. that then makes them our targets too. If by doing so Leigh get third that would in turn give us a better chance of 4th or 5th. Its going to be an interesting fixtures list on the 29th.

Well, as 3rd and 4th spots are still up for grabs it's quite worrying that we might be heading into the middle 8's against 3 other teams who've beat us already this season. True, beating them in the middle 8 comp would be a more important win in the league, but still

you would hope that the team can motivate itself in the 8s, as it has not done this last few weeks, to play 80 minutes and to the game plan . We have also won games against Fax and feathers, and threw a game away against Leigh. So getting the half backs into some semblance of shape is pretty important

Right now, I'll settle for getting the halfbacks back.......... We've less than three weeks and counting before the main season starts.

Leigh have beaten Wakey and Salford already whilst we have lost to Hull K R as well as Fev, Sheffield and Leigh. On that basis I suggest it's not worth turning up.
