Unfortunately it appears that some of the vitriol Nobby refers to may be comments coming from some of the younger and more vocal players.



Mick Potter also openly criticised Nobby for contacting Franny Cummins before he'd barely left the car park.



So whilst there are undoubted numptys on other social media sites throwing mud in his direction I suspect Nobby is big enough, and cares about the club enough not to give a flying f*** about such comments. BUT he would care what fellow professionals think of him.

Noble says he was only asked on monday after potter had already gone... i believe Noble on that!



I feel for Potter, he looked heart broken and he would surely have been first choice for us if we could have kept the same situation but we couldnt and I, and i suspect most fans, would welcome Noble with open arms!



Importantly, we need to get as many as we can down to Odsal on Sunday if the game is on... you dont have to go and support the board but if you think about the players and that performance on Friday against Wigan that is all the reason i need to go support the players again and again... they like us are victims too

I belived potter was the man who would bring trophys back to odsal and it's sad that he's had to go.



Nobby is and always will be a legend, one of my heroes!

Maybe temporarily we need a Noble.



If a takeover is completed and Potter isn't reinstated, then all hell should break loose IMO.

The general consensus seems to be that Brian is wanted.

When history comes to be written, maybe more than a few people may come to feel they have been used as pawns in all this? Brutus Agarius is one. Brian Noble is another.

Ive sent him a message on facebook. Brian is no wuss!

My mate is seeing him tomorrow and will be advising him that the vast majority welcome him back and they realise he has been caught up in this mess.

The majority obviously feel that Nobby should be encouraged to help. To remove any doubts I think a clear statement is needed-- the link that's been posted is a good start but it should be made even clearer:

whether he completed the review of playing that the new board implied he would be asked to complete

if that review was done were there any recommendations regarding current coaches/players or was it solely an historical document of how we got where we are

has he spoken to Mick Potter



I have always found Brian Noble to be in the words of Ferocious Aardvark,an honourable man . If he answers these questions with the answers I expect (and a half decent journalist would be asking these and more) then many of those with lingering doubts would trust him and his motives.

Which bit of me saying he has my complete support is a problem for you?



I'll expand if you need it spelling out. That a Bradford legend is willing to step into this mess for no pay, but wanting to make sure he's not disrespecting Potter speaks volumes of the man, and so he has my complete support if he comes in.
