All 3 had belting games

Special mention for kearney- what a joy it was to have him back on the field.

Elima-Covered every blade of grass

Kearney-Justified dropping Royston, I thought it was a bit harsh when I saw the team.

Diskin-Best game for a while. Showed how intelligent he is on the field.



I also thought Crookes went really well. I've had my doubts about him in the past, but can see him as a long term option now. Whether he will end up on the wing or in the centre is anyones guess.

But it could have gone to anyone, they worked their socks off 1- 17. Saints played their part in a thrilling game.

I take it as meaning close to the 1,2,3 but not quite there. Usually used by posters when they have difficulty in selecting a 1,2,3 because 6 or 7 players (or more) have been in contention.
