Obviously that lists quite a few players in more than one position, but what it does show is that we have some squad depth in all positions (except halves which we have already mentioned, especially if Ox goes). That depth was sadly lacking this year and was a big problem. IMO, Potter has addressed that.
(I also appreciate the likes of Langley have played a little hooker and centre in their time, but I've only included positions where it's considered a definite part of a player's versatility)

Yes, we are a lot stronger in terms of depth all over the park. But the half back situation is what needs addressing. If the club has a half back lined up, I'd prefer they announced it sooner rather than later as it would go some way to settle the nerves. |
