Anyone feeling doing a Jeremy Paxman on him and grilling him over the tribunal case, points deduction, lack of central distribution etc?

Hmm, Ralph Rimmer being there doesn't fill me with confidence. It will either be "You're still in the championship" which will be a scandal. Or some unwanted info on the court case, I.E "We couldn't come to an agreement with the claimants, we don't know why we're being taken to court etc"



Or you never know we may finally have some good news and it's to unveil the Odsal mega dome and RFL elite training headquarters at Richard Dunns.

Not sure why Leon is there unless he's been re-hired in some capacity.

I'd hope not as a coach, hopefully leon will be there to say a proper goodbye and receive the thanks he deserves but missed out on due to how he left so suddenly.



The much more interesting one is why is Ralph there and what will he be telling us?

I still have not been swayed by the new owners having been burnt too many times now, and this to me seems like and attempt to give the illusion of fan interaction while at the same time limiting said interaction by staging these things last minute.

I read somewhere (probably Total RL forum) that the Championship fixtures are being released on Monday October 16th.



If that's the case, then our status will be confirmed - one way or the other - at that point.

Probably not. It will quite likely be (yet) another forum where nothing of any real substance is said.

It's more likely a panic "argh, we haven't gotten anywhere near 4k season ticket holders yet" and to tell us that the early bird offer runs out Friday in a bid to try and force people's hands.



Though, as I've said before, anything about £150 for League 1 rugby isn't going to fly so an increase in season ticket prices will mean only one thing - that I will not be paying for one and will only go to matches if I feel like it. And given the amount of crap we've had to endure as fans combined with the new owners only just realising after the season is over that they need to make some attempt to get fans on board is a bit of a slap in the face
