Are these pledges a legally binding thing ? Does everyone who has made the pledge HAVE to buy a ticket ?

Great news. £60.00 season ticket

as far as I'm aware provided we make the tickets available at £60, which we have done, then the pledge is legally binding and I think club has already stated they will pursue non payers. Think we will comfortably shift another 1-2k now the price is fixed at £60 anyway.
