The draw tomorrow could very well have a significant impact on our season. The way I see it who we get could be a blessing or a curse. In the next few weeks we have:



Wigan Warriors

CHALLENGE CUP 4TH ROUND.

Warrington Wolves

Leeds Rhinos





I think it is important that for the 4th Round we avoid ALL Super League teams and hopefully draw any of these teams:



North Wales Crusaders

Doncaster

Whitehaven

Hemel Stags (Preferably These)

Gloucestershire All Golds (Preferably These)

Workington Town



If we draw any of these then we can give a few players a well earned rest so they can re-charge their batteries for the Warrington and Leeds clashes. Give either Scruton/Manuokafoa a rest and play Evans. Give Sammut/Addy a rest and play Gale. Kearney possibly a rest and play Naughton. And maybe even slot Sam Wood in at Centre for Whitehead and play Blythe in the Second Row for Walker.



What do you guys think?

I think it'll be Wigan away. The only thing stopping us getting Melbourne away is they're not in it, and I'm not convinced that won't prevent it happening.

What time is the draw at? And is it on 5 Live again?

3.30 I think. Yes on five live.

I would look at this in a more positive light - 3rd in the league, 3rd most points scored - who would be looking forward to being drawn against us?



But do agree it would be nice to get a few home games in the cup this year.

It's Warrington away on the Saturday. It's the BBC game.

A very low ranked team at home would be nice. Castleford perhaps.





And hopefully....



Leeds, Wigan, Wire, Saints, Catalans, Hull FC, KR, Huddersfield, Wakey, Widnes all get drawn together in any tie.



However, we already know that we will get our customary tough draw (probably away) and Leeds will get a home draw v the easiest side in the pot.

I nice easy cup run to the final would be ideal, getting to the cup final is a real money spinner and great publicity so we won't be taking it lightly. I just hope we avoid SL opposition for as long as possible in the draw.

I'm after Halifax Away pure and simply so I can have an afternoon supping some fantastic Real Ale in the Three Pigeons!

If we can get to the QF or SF in wither the CC or PO's think everyone will take notice that bradford are back. Will be pleased if we finish 8th and get knocked out in the 1st round aslong as we give a real go and take some scalps along the way.



We havent been on the end of any drummings this year which is a big bonus and shows how we are progressing.

I miss those regular games against Fax..got to admit, visiting the Pigeons and the Pumproom does have a bit to do with it.

I'd like to think if we got Fax away we would do a number on them, rather than partake in the unseemly game of pattercake that transpired last time.

Indeed. That game was awful.

We don't want home games , unless its against one of the bigger SL teams, as our share of gate wouldn't cover costs for a low attendance game and we'd actually lose money.
