If any of you had been to see Tommy Martyn do a after dinner speech or even been to a forum you would find this old news.
I suppose the difference is that it has come from Longys words.
Dont think the RFL will do anything about it but Longy wont care anyway it is a Matt Le Tissier style ploy to sell books!

He needs to be careful though. Will the money from his book release cover his 2 year contract with Hull in the case that the RFL ban him for admitting to betting, which he does in the book?
I've not read it but a lad in work reckons there are several things the HMRC could bring him to task about. I don't see why he didn't release it upon retirement. |
