I heard it was going to be called "The Halo"

due to shape of exterior facade and the other obvious reason

My money is on the Langtree Stadium.

My recollection is that the dire stadium naming rights were bought for £750K for a 10 year period by the halliwell jones car dealership group (which runs out in 2014).

It seems a lot of money but £75K p.a. is IMO quite cheap for advertising on this scale. At the time however, dire were well and truly dire so it looked like a brave bid.



We should get at least £1M / £100K p.a. given inflation and our SL sucess.
