Dire for me, but I'm not to bothered either way..
They have too many loyal fans here in direland.
Pro's
They don't delude themselves that they have a great team and spend most of the season worrying about how close to the bottom they will finish.
I can't stand hudds "style" i.e. slowing the game down and costand off side.
Con's
They hate us
They cheered for Hudds cos they were terrified of facing us.

On the last point: at least they were honest! (Although I personally would have loved a Saints-Wire final, especially as it would have been the last one in which Long would have played for us)
I like your assessment. It pretty much sums up my own reasoning (not bothered that they hate us - everyone has for a few seasons now!). |

You gotta be kidding me?! Your pleading to other clubs fans for "support" in your big game next week,good luck to ya but thats as far as it goes.Personally im cheering for Huddersfield, not just because they're our neighbours but i feel they deserve it more after the season theyve had. |

I'm torn!
I went to Huddersfield University so I have some allegiance from this.
But I hate their negative tactics - which it has to be said are definitely working and it's the league who has 'decreed' it.
But then on the other side Wire! How can I support them....
Oh how to decide!

Some of these pretentious Hudds fans on here are so far up their own backsides that it is a major dilemna. I was gonna support Wire when we lost in the semi but I don't think I can bring myself to support either. I personally hope they massacre each other in a ding dong match so both are completely knackered for the playoffs.
I've decided I'm completely neutral. It's as bad as it being Leeds-Wigan. |
