Sorry to do this here guys but due to circumstances i can't go to see Coldplay at the Etihad on Sunday and i have two standing tickets.

U dodged that bullet do everyone a favour and burn em.

i went to see them in abu shabby on new years eve and paid 300 quid for two tickets for row, they was good but only played for an hour and half. the price wasn't the worse thing it took us 5 hours to get back to the hotel (GF was wearing high heals) traffic was crazy, a 2mile long que for a taxi.





and i had a friend who paid 2500quid for a vip table,,, that made me feel a little bit better about spending alot of money to go watch cold play for an hour n half

They make me feel depressed hearing them.

There's nothing wrong with Coldplay. In a sea of Simon Cowell generated worthless, warbling, turgid, talentless nonentity singers, manufactured cheap-whore girl/boy "bands" and rap "music" they are an oasis of quite-good-actually-real-band-making-real-music-ness. They're about the only thing less than 20 years old that you hear on the **** commercial radio stations that my wife insists on forcing me to listen to when she's driving that doesn't make me want to go postal and start murdering people, so fair play to them.

Sorry mate there just depressing rubbish. The cure for the general turd on radio , commercial and radio 1 (possibly the worst of the bunch)is to stick to 5 live

I only ever listen to Radios 5 or 4 when I'm driving - I'd rather hang myself than listen to commercial radio. I will never, ever understand the mentality of the kind of mindless, music-hating proles who lap it up. I have the 2,000 greatest albums ever recorded on my iPod to access whenever and wherever at my leisure - why on earth anyone would want to subject themselves to the random manufactured **** on the radio instead just beggars any level of belief.



And you're wrong by the way - Heart FM is the very diarrhoea'd bowels of the pits of Hell in audio form... NOTHING could come near to it's incomparable levels of utter wretched awfulness, nor to the fact that it only ever plays 6 different songs EVER! If I ever hear Michael Mother-****ing ****ing Buble ****ing ******* on it again then I'll happily do time for it.... If I ever get divorced then that **** will be the cause....

I do occasionally listen to the rock station in manchester , 106.1 I think. They tend to avoid the manufactured Cowell manure



I think the fat man Moyles (sp?) tipped me over the edge for R1 , he isnt funny but just spends the best part of 3 hours talking(or frequently shouting) utter cow pat and then laughing at his own jokes (along with his sycophants).
