I'd go:
Wellens, Gardner, Shenton, Wheeler, Meli, Hohaia, Lomax
Perry, Roby, Laffranchi, Puletua, Soliola, Wilkin
LMS, Flanagan, Clough, Magennis
If Wheeler is out/not 100% (as rumoured) I can't see any other choice than to put Soliola there: no Makinson or Foster in the squad shows that Meli won't be shifted from the wing.
