Just heard that Dene Hatalau (sp) may be a Rhino next season.

It's been mentioned before mate and he's also been linked with you amongst others!!

Would more likely be Ropati at a guess given his past connections with McClennan.

Or maybe not. He's contracted to 2012 apparently.

Would you have preferred a cash only deal? I'm not fussed about Broughton. I hope for his sake that he does a good job (except when he plays us) for somebody else but feel we have enough better current & prospective wingers on the books already. Donald, Hall, Watkins, Jones-Bishop etc. Just another outcome of the salay cap & the new under 20 competition from next season.

I like what I've seen of Broughton so far on loan at Hull. Personally I would have been happy to see Donald move on at the end of the season and one of Watkins/Jones-Bishop/Broughton (delete as applicable) promoted into the seventeen next season in his place. It'd be a shame to lose or under-develope one or more of our own for potentially one season too many for the Australian.

Its possible that Donald's experience will count a lot in his favour - if Senior misses games/has a go in the forwards the threequarters will lack a bit of experience as a group.
