Could that not be used the other way round as well though? How can Burgess prove that it WAS a Cas fan?
In most likelihood I'd wager it's an empty threat by the club to get a retraction from Burgess, because to be perfectly honest it isn't on for him to make the accusation he did and in the way he did.
As someone else said, it's probably an over reaction by him because he doesn't like Cas fans for cheering Walkers hit last season. |

But it is not Burgess that would be instigating legal action. The onus would be on the prosecuting council to prove this lad wasn’t a Cas fan. |

There's a lot more independent witnesses who have come forwards saying it was this group of kids who've been causing Arriva problems. As said over on the Cas board, I'm sure they wouldn't mind including this website in the legal action with some of the comments made on here.
