It is hard to imagine a more bitter band of supporters who seem to spend more time looking round the stand for Leeds fans to berate than they do watching their team. Within minutes of the game starting the usual cries of 'forud' could be heard, followed shortly afterwards by accusations of buying refs etc etc. We're all blinkered and biased, it's what we do as supporters, but goodness me, they get excited at Cas. They should have paramedics down by that fence.

Which is of course why Cas have contacted Leeds today telling them to get a retraction from Burgess or further action will be taken?



There's a lot more independent witnesses who have come forwards saying it was this group of kids who've been causing Arriva problems. As said over on the Cas board, I'm sure they wouldn't mind including this website in the legal action with some of the comments made on here.



Far too many people STILL blaming Cas even though there's more people who saw it saying it was a group of kids than Burgess ASSUMING it was a Cas fan, hence Cas as a club threatening legal action against him & the Rhinos as he is an employee of them.

7 eye-witnesses have publicly come forwards + others in private which has lead to Cas deeming the comments by Burgess to be slanderous. So a retraction will have to be made by either him and/or the club.



He's been told that it wasn't Cas fans yet he still hasn't deleted the original Tweet or issued an apology, same goes to people on here, despite the witnesses people are still blindly and with nothing other than petty bias, still blaming Cas.

Correct, the Arriva complaints have come from drivers to the actual company, which I can only assume have been forwarded onto police, if not I don't know why you'd have to ask Arriva.



The issue last night however, did get reported to police.



As for police in Cas, you're having a laugh right? the station closes at something stupid like 4pm and you NEVER see them walking around the town.
