We've ended Warrington's season twice in the playoffs these last two years. We've earned the respect and fear of teams with our playoff football. Huddersfield haven't.



Now, that can change after this series but right now teams would be right to fear us and right to prefer Huddersfield.



Not to mention Warrington have beaten Huddersfield three times this year.



Finally, it seems to have escaped everyone's attention but we're twice reigning champions. It appears that, quite rightly, carries more cache than the hub cap.

Maybe. Now lets see what Huddersfield can do about that.

Leeds players won't have been offended in the slightest when the got picked the last 2 years. They were the lowest ranked simple as that.



We didn't win those final eliminators because we were fired up by clubcall, we won simply because we wanted to get our hands on the trophy again.

The Huddersfield board is hilarious. Loads of hissy-fits and even wishing injury on the Wire players if they win from one moron.

Wasn't the comment from the Warrington board that they had already made the decision to play the winners of Thursday night before the games, which could have been Hull, and not the winners of Friday which could have been Saints?



So not quite so much just because it was Leeds.



Still think the decision is proof that these sort of decisions should be made by coaches and players only, not by suits in the boardroom. I would bet any of the Warrington players would have picked Leeds after watching the respective two games of Thursday and Friday.

The fact that Wire have called Hudds means they have little or no regard for the fact that the Giants won the LLS.



Thus emphasising the fact that most (I say most as Hudds obviously wanted to win it) clubs aren’t bothered about winning the LLS. Ok, so it’s a nice piece of shiny to have on the mantelpiece but I the big scheme of things means absolutely nothing.



All those Giants fans that claimed that “we are the true champions because we came top of the league” are deluded at best. The real work starts with the play-offs.



Wire believe that their route to the final will be easier against Hudds than it would be against Leeds. If being League Leaders carried any kudos at all we’d be playing Wire this week not the Giants.
