Leigh are an irrelevance. Our concern is only ourselves and finishing in the top 3. Whether Leigh are the worst of the 8 like last year, or whether they play like Queensland is unimportant.

Leeds will win 6 0ut of seven in my opinion , probably lose at Huddersfield , Feth are the winners as they get the three best supported away teams at their place

You'd say Salford should be ok but Koukash once again today talking about how he might walk away at the end of the season isn't exactly what you'd what to hear in the Salford camp before the Middle 8's start.

in the middle 8's competition players are earning the right to be employed in sl for 2017 are they not?

should their club happen to get relegated during this competition then aren't the players contracts null and void?



if so then this competition has massive implications for both the clubs involved and their players

People talk as though promotion and relegation is a new thing, its always been this way bar a decade.



The new format tests whether the team who gets promoted really deserves it. Hopefully Leigh will do better than last year and reach the million pound game.

Don't tar us all with Old Tony's brush, he is a major irritant on the Leigh board.



Leigh could do it with a following wind, but an unexpected result elsewhere would help. The MPG away to HKR is my prediction with anything better a bonus.

Leigh have had a great season but they havn't really been tested apart from when i saw Batley do a job on them down at Mount Pleasant





They will surely make this seasons MPG if they manage to win their games against the other championship sides



Although I'm not sure if they will be able to beat a SL side in this MPG game though and especially after having played 7 tough games on the trot in order to reach this game

This feat is something that they haven't had to endure thus far this season as they have run away with the Championship



They will certainly add nuisance value and keep the SL sides on their toes and will aim to take their chances should one of the SL clubs be a bit off

Any side that takes them lightly could be in for a shock

I think they'll do everyone.

If that is the MPG then only a fool would pick Leigh to win it.....................go on then Leigh to win it.
