As mentioned by other posters, we need to be strong down the middle. Man for Man, Wire's starting pack is up there with the best in the league. Where we can gain advantage is off the bench. If the bench players can make a big impact, it gives Burrow more to play with the extra gaps being made available.



Going for a very close Leeds win, but would not be shocked to see Wire win by up to 10 due to ring rust etc.

Well Warrington did beat us twice last season when he was in charge.

Tbh, I think most SL teams will s h i t themselves looking at this Leeds pack and Wire are no exception.

This game will be the 6th time in the last 10 Leeds/Wire games he's been the ref, it's one of his gimmes of the season.

As long as he's bad both ways that's OK. Wasn't it Child who called Myler for offside in the last minute of the play off semi at Wire in 2011 to allow Kev to kick us to victory? The one thing I'll say for Child is at least when he's bad he's making honest mistakes rather than being influenced by certain players/teams.

Achurch would seem the biggest absentee. Unless he's injured again he's dropped behind Walters.

I know games arnt won on paper and Wire have been on fire in pre season. But that Wire 19 looks pretty thin.



It's a game that can go either way. I see us only getting beat through individual brilliance rather than losing the battle.

Expect a full run out of the new rules then.
