| Quote thebloodbath="thebloodbath"What's the average tenure for a Super League coach? 2-3 years?
It's traditionally a short space of time for a reason. He's done his time for me, if a option to take us forward is available i would look at it.
Under Mac's tenure, you can't fault his return in terms of trophies. But the quality of rugby (i.e. value for money of a season ticket, quality of games and enjoyment) hasn't been great.'"
What is the average tenure for a premier league manager. Ferguson, Wenger and Moyes (at least until he got to United) have by far exceeded it by being successful at a top club. (Edit - forget the top club bit for Moyes)
I don't see what opportunities there will be for McD, except for England job, but that is a part time position which I doubt would suit him unless he was being pushed. Similar to the players it's a call that needs to be made, but GH is loyal to those around him and I'm not sure he's ready to make that call yet.

Bearing in mind what people are saying about B Mc 'picking his favourites, rather than on form' if he were England manager, I'd look forward to seeing Danny Mc, JJB, Sinners, Briscoe, Bailey and Kirke all in an England jersey!

Not sure how you get that. We were a semi finals team, having been knocked out in the semis on 5/6 opportunities for both comps between '07 and '09 and only four points off the grand final in '08 and '09. Obviously we weren't where we wanted to be but we weren't that far away from competing for trophies as the two Hulls and Salford are

| We missed the boat with Powell but Rowley is doing a great job at Leigh would Tim Sheens or Kearney be interested in a return to Club Coaching?
Furner and Dunneman have been mentioned previously unless you ask you don't/won't know who is "available"!

| Other than a sentimental connection to Leeds in the distant past, what makes Dunneman and Furner the right men for the job? Seeing as they played with several members of the current squad who are arguably not pulling their weight, I don't think this would be a good idea at present.

| Tim sheens - now that would be a bit left field - greatest signing this club would ever make. If he spent three years here the club would be transformed.

Does he have outside interests? Or do people think he will go work at another club, would be a terrible shame if RL lost him...

| Sheens would want to restructure the club from top to bottom, no way will Hetherington allow that, either financially or in terms of personnel.
