As big a talent as he is, he has a proven track record of undermining his coach and other senior players. He's obsessed with Origin and clearly wouldn't be happy playing away from the NRL. As the club goes through a transition in terms of leadership, I'd be wary of signing such an arrogant gobe.



I wouldn't touch him with a barge pole

I think the attitude thing is the biggest hurdle in terms of our interest in him. Since Eastwood and Cross and Burgess I think we check the attitude/personality of potential players whether signing them or promoting them from academy.

GH has stated in today's YEP that there won't be a Marquee signing for next season because they don't have the spare cash.Garbutts former club are paying his wages for rest of this season and the replacements of the three players leaving have been signed up and Zak and Singo have got extended contracts which must mean a pay rise .So if we do sign anyone it won't be someone like Farah or Widdop according to this.

Sounds like a signing for money bags under-performing Warrington. Which in turn might make their current hooker available. In any case Farrar doesn't seem to fit the type of player Leeds look to sign in terms of his reported attitude.

If true it's excellent news (hopefully Buderus mk2) .... However as others have stated we don't want a return to the bad old days of "major signings" who only caused rancour and resentment within the dressing room !! That would be a retrograde step after a decade of building this wonderful successful team ethos that prevails.

It's the reason i would always favour Shaun Lunt (he is only out on loan to HKR isn't he?)...he is more than good enough for SL ....and more importantly we already know he buys into the Leeds team ethos

I don't think anybody has questioned Farah's ability, which is unquestionably excellent. What some have said is that he's been rumoured to be involved in negative a player power culture which had undermined a previous coach.
