North Queensland Cowboys prop Shane Tronc is coming to super league next season, i hope we get him but i cant see it. He's having a great season with the Cowboys and has been mentioned for a possible call up to the Queensland side for Origin III as a replacement for the injured Hannant and Civoniceva.

| Walker's a grade a pillock, so I hope he doesn't sign for Leeds. He's also - whatever anyone might say - an out-and-out winger, with a handful of games in other positions over a long career (albeit interrupted by injury and his own stupidity).

I am sure there is many in the game that would class Senior has a grade a pillock too. Would we be happier without him? would we balls.
Not that I am saying we should sign Walker.

| in my opinion Leeds should have ended it when his visa was rejected. It's a distraction and effort could be better spent elsewhere.

So when Hetherington said 16 weeks, he was looking at the wrong point of the procedures. Infact he has shown with regards this issue a lack of knowledge of the whole process he has got into.

| or he was being an overly optimistic fool who thought an embassy employee would change their mind/admit they were wrong
sounds about right, goes along with the rest of his recruitment policy of lose international players and hope we will be fine without replacing them

The policy seems to be working fine with 3 titles in 5 years.

I would suggest he is being advised by the club's solicitors, who in turn may well be taking advice from immigration specialists if they're not experienced in this area.
I wouldn't expect some of the CEOs/MDs of our clients to know how to put together their own accounts or complete their tax return, so I've no reason to assume GH sets himself up as an expert on immigration law.

| Read an interview with Eastwood in RLW in which he says they find out on 12th August. Reading the interview it sounds very much as if he'd prefer to stay with the Dogs.
