The players and the coach are not meeting the required standards, if the club was a normal place of work those employees not meeting the required standards would be on performance review and goals would be set, if employees don't meet those goals and show signs of improvement then they are shown the door.



The players and coach need to be given the same warning step up or ship out, this needs to be made quite clear.



We did this around 2002. And only Wayne McDonald showed signs of improvement, at the end of the season, Ben walker, Ryan Sheridan, Andy Hay, Karl Pratt and a few others were released, the following year we almost one the Cc and were champions a year later.
