I think your view is getting clouded by this seasons issues. Garbutt has been on of the best props in the comp, ward has all the tools if he can stay fit and done underestimate the importance of ablett. I think s decent hb combo will also get the nest out of the more workman like players.

I think we have a good squad when all are pretty much available, but we are a quality half short of being able to compete for honours again imo.
