Confidence is a funny thing and can make the difference between making a good performance great, or a sluggish performance poor. However Leeds look so shambolic, it's a lot more than confidence that's the problem here. We are so far out of sync with and without the ball, that it's embarrassing. This should be rectified on the training field and I don't buy that we are so short of players who can train that the defensive problems cannot have been fixed up long before now. I saw one of the so called injured players out shopping this week and if his so called injury was what it's made out to be he wouldn't have been able to play with his kid the way he was doing.



I understand the issue with many injuries and how they can be disruptive but many other teams have suffered big injury problems and still perform much better than we do, and that rests with the coach for the continuous players performances, and the CEO for recruitment.



There is no way back from this. Either they change the coach for next year or they change the players. GH has already said we will not be changing the players, so that only leaves one alternative. Ironically, whilst I become more convinced with each passing week that its time for a change in the coaching department, I also respect BMD more as a person for defending his troops at the same time.
