Not sure how much we can take from that because we were clearly up against a weaker side but a few points.



I would give Walker a rest on Friday and Put Tui there, his link play and passing was superb tonight.



I also think I’d give Newman the nod over Watkins for one of the games over Easter, he looked all class tonight.



I thought Mustapha looked really strange ng - he’ll be a good un.



Wellington went well I thought, great run in the first half!

That was possibly the finest display of place kicking I've ever seen.

It was quite something wasn’t it! The thing is that is possibly the only thing that playing against weaker opposition makes no difference a goal kick is a goal kick whoever you are against, most were from the sidelines aswell, well done Sutty.

This result proves and repairs nothing, against such poor opposition how can you take any positives? Really? Best thing about tonight was Wakey beating Wigan.

Whilst I broadly agree, I disagree we cam’t take ANY positives from it, we’ve seen some academy players in the first team and Sutcliffe's goal kicking was a real positive.

Thought the youngsters did well. Newman 4 tries including a couple of beauties. Muizz did a long spell in the middle and was his usual strong self in attack and defence, Trout 80 mins on right edge did ok. McLelland didn't get long but defended well and did what he needed to do in attack.



Sutty's kicking was a positive, amazing really.



Lolohea is best full back at the club for me. Webb like passing ability.



Wellington Albert will make errors aplenty and if you can accept those he offers some impact and something different off the bench that can make a difference in a game.



I know the opposition was poor and it's hard to take much more than a training run from it. Watkins was the biggest negative. Hes no confidence at all at moment unfortunately but it will come I'm sure.

Well neither of them had/have any pace.

Maybe Sutcliffe would be ok in the old style LF role.

Positives is that some of the youngsters got a run out and Sutcliffe's kicking.

And the shoe ins should now be aware there's competition for their place in the 17.

Really good to see the kids taking their opportunity and hopefully giving Furner cause to think twice over Easter.



You can only beat what is in front of you and they did that well. All credit to the lads.

For what it’s worth, I thought Myler was very good last night, although against a very poor side. We definitely missed him marshalling us around the park at KR.
